This is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside in accordance with FAR 19.203(c) In accordance with FAR 36.204(d) Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs A Site Visit will be conducted at 1015 on 21 April 2022 at Buildings 5546, 5743, & 5755 at Barksdale AFB, LA 71110. Arrive at the gate no later than 9:45 AM. Please see Section L and provision 52.236-27 for additional details regarding the site visit.
