This is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside in accordance with FAR 19.203(c). In accordance with FAR 36.204(d) Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A Site Visit will be conducted at 0930 on 21 April 2022 at Buildings 5766 & 5778, Barksdale AFB, LA 71110. Arrive at the gate no later than 9:00 AM. Participants will meet at the parking lot across from Hoban Hall (Attachment 9). Please see Section L and provision 52.236-27 for additional details regarding the site visit.

Notice to Offerors: Funds are not currently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. The NAICS for this project is 238320 and the small business size standard is $16.5M. This project for facilities 5766 and 5778 on Barksdale AFB is to include power washing to clean and remove any loose materials from the exterior, surfaces then be prepped appropriately, and then painted. Colors will be in accordance with the SOW and match the existing color scheme. A site visit will be held for this project. This information will be located in Block 10 of the IFB. This will be a sealed bid requirement in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 36. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirement at Barksdale AFB, LA in accordance with the project drawings and all applicable code requirements. The IFB will be posted on or around 31 March 2022. The IFB will close 30 calendar days after the IFB is released. Bid opening will take place the day and time of the IFB closing. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP may be issued within 30 calendar days after award of the contract. This acquisition is set?aside 100% for Women?Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns in accordance with FAR 19.203(c). The IFB will be available by electronic transmission only at beta.SAM.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; see webpage at www.sam.gov. All proposals shall be valid for 180 calendars days after the IFB closing to be considered responsive. In accordance with FAR 36.204(d) the magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
