Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to install, test, and operate all lighting, video and sound systems for the set up and operations for Global Strike Challenge Score Posting Events; as described in detail throughout this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Including, but not limited to; equipment installation, set up, full dress rehearsals, the ceremonies, timely removal of equipment and clean-up upon completion of the events. The following services shall be provided for events that culminate with the Global Strike Challenge Score Posting. A Site Visit will be conducted at Hoban Hall on 29 September from 8:30AM (CDT) to 11:00AM (CDT). All interested vendors shall RSVP at least 5 days in advance to obtain access to the base by contacting one of the POCs included in this solicitation. No more than 3 personnel per vendor. All questions must be submitted in writing and will be due by 1 October, 4:00PM (CDT). -------------------------- Questions and answers from the site visit have been added to this solicitation as attachment 2.
