This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for painting of museum static displays in accordance with the statement of work and with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. 1. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-19-Q-A006, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2019-02TA effective 8 May 2019). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 811121 Painting and Wall Covering Contractors and PSC Code J023, and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The proposed acquisition is restricted to: 100% Small Business concerns. Only quotes submitted by "a small business concerns" will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a "small business concern" will not be considered for award. Please see the attached RFQ for further details. 2. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing responses to: SSgt Michael Madison michael.madison.2@us.af.mil no later than 09:00 am CST, 24 July 2019 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
