In general the scope of this project will include furnishing all materials, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary for the installation of (2) Vindicator V5's and associated parts and pieces as outlined in the SOW (Attachment 1) and Equipment List (Attachment2). All parts will be new, no refurbished allowed.
