Background: The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requires that portable fire extinguishers be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with NFPA 10. The BAFB adopts the latest edition of the NFPA Codes. Department of Defense Technical Order (DoD) Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) 13F-4-501C requires a One-Time Visual Inspection on the solder quality found at the joint connecting the Down Tube and Valve Assembly. Performance Period: Maintenance required by this contract is to be performed in within 180 days of TCTO 13F-4-501C. Please see attached Statement of Work for additional information.
