The contractor should perform all operations necessary for pesticide treatments via rotary?wing aircraft and will advise Barksdale Air Force Base (AFB) Point of Contact (POC) on planting new grass seed requirements to include; pre?area surveys for soil and grass sampling and testing, fertilization and soil amendment determinations of natural areas of Barksdale AFB’s airfield as a turf management consultant. The contractor will also de?conflict grass cutting and annual turf maintenance with existing airfield mowing contractor in order to provide best results from herbicide, insecticide, and/or pesticide treatments. **Be advised of quotes due amendment.
