The 2d Contracting Squadron (2 CONS) of the 2d Bomb Wing announces the projected solicitation #FA4608-19-Q-S145 for Aerobics Instructor at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana 71110. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for a Aerobics Instructor in support ofthe Aerobics Instructor and the Aerobics InstructorThe focus is to perform various administrative and clerical duties in support of the Aerobics Instructor and three branch chiefs. The Aerobics Instructor will perform office automation duties such as word processing in support of the administrative, information management, and clerical work.. The Government contemplates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with a 100% set-aside for a small business. This NAICS code is 611620 and the size standard is $7.5M. This is a requirement for a Aerobics Instructor as indicate below. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to the RFQ will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors. The Government shall issue an award to a single small business using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a Period of Performance starting 01 October 2019- 30 September 2024 for the Base Year and the right to exercise 4 (four) option years. Services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The closing date and time for submission of offers shall be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation package, including the Request for Quote form, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the Department of Labor Wage Determination, shall be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Web Site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Requests for copies of the solicitation package, or any cumulative parts thereof, by any other means shall not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the solicitation package to submitted by Friday, 06 September 2019 by 4:00pm, CST downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and for downloading their own copy of each associative amendment, if any. All firms wishing to submit a quote subsequent to the solicitation described herein MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database or risk their otherwise-timely quote being considered non-responsive regardless of its completeness, timeliness or other salient considerations.
