Sealed Bids - For Sale – Pine Saw Timber, Pine Pulpwood, Hardwood Saw Timber, and Hardwood Pulpwood trees: Harvesting of selected Pine trees as specified in the Special Conditions of Sale. The sale consists of approximately the following: 1) 1,920 Pine Saw Timber trees containing 551,571 board feet Doyle Scale; 2) 329 Pine Pulpwood trees containing 55 tons; 3) 36 Hardwood Saw Timber trees containing 3,294 board feet Doyle Scale; and 4) 877 Hardwood Pulpwood trees containing 208 tons. The timber to be harvested is located on approximately 43 acres in Forest Unit 27 (please see attached map), Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana as indicated on Timber Sale Map 22-1 Exhibit A. A 10% bid deposit will be required with the submitted solicitation package. Bids are due by 10:00 AM (CST) on 29 September 2021 and bids submitted after this time will not be accepted.
