Objective: This requirement is for quantity six (6) replacement translucent panels to replace USSTRATCOM panels which are currently installed in the auditorium corridor. Original panels no longer accurately reflect the USSTRATCOM mission. Requirement: Replacement panels (QTY 6) shall be fabricated with new replacement artwork – see Attachment 1. Each panel shall be wrapped with high definition vinyl artwork; the artwork becomes permanently fused to the translucent panel creating the lens which is attached to existing LED back-lit frames. Unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer, the contractor shall take special care to ensure new graphics are an exact match to graphics reflected in Attachment 1, New Panel Graphics. This is especially important given that currently installed panel graphics include clear defects – including mirrored/backwards writing and unnatural gaps between vinyl seams. Contractor shall provide production proofs prior proceeding with final production. Deliverables: Quantity six (6) replacement panels shall be 120" x 66" (overall with 3" wrapped returns). Note: This is a Sources Sought for Market Research purposes.
