This requirement is for the destruction and disposal of excess Special Access Program (SAP) Information Technology (IT) Equipment form USSTRATCOM Buiding 501. Special destruction method of SAP IT equipment is required by the DOD SAP CIO. The Contractor must incinerate material at a temperature of at least 1204 degrees Fahrenheit, reduce the material to ash, allow the entire incineration process to be witnessed by USSTRATCOM SAP Security personnel, and properly dispose of the material per EPA regulations.
