Offutt Air Show Event Parking Management
The 55th Contracting Squadron requires event parking management services for the 2026 "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, on August 8-9, 2026. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Solutions Event Services, Inc., as they are the only authorized source for the proprietary parking and traffic flow plan required for the event. The contract will be awarded through an oral solicitation using simplified acquisition procedures, with quotes evaluated on price and technical capability. Award will go to the offeror with the lowest technically acceptable price. Interested parties may request inclusion in the future oral solicitation by submitting a capabilities statement via email before 4:00 PM CDT on April 11, 2026.
