This request is being made for the deep cleaning of a dorm structure at Offutt AFB, NE - please refer to PWS for further instructions. The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, supplies, materials and transportation necessary to perform a one-time power wash cleaning/scrubbing/disinfecting of the interior of the structure. Contractor shall also provide a price breakdown in a manner to which the following services can be chosen ala carte: removal of furniture and shampoo of suite carpet area, cleaning of kitchenette area, cleaning of bathroom area, and finally cleaning of suite bedroom area.
