The Air Force requires a contractor to provide liquid medical oxygen delivery and refill services, including rental of a minimum 900-gallon liquid oxygen storage vessel with an 8-cylinder medical oxygen manifold system. The vendor must supply all transportation, labor, parts, and tools, and fill the storage tank with medical-grade liquid oxygen as needed. Performance will occur at the 55th Medical Group. The contract includes one 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and one 6-month extension of services.
