COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The reference number applicable to this announcement is RFQ FA460020Q0046. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), FAR 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337214: Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: See attached PWS APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS: This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41 Wages under this contract are subject to the attached prevailing wages on page 24. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) The PWS is located on page 39. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management http://www.sam.gov database prior to any contract award. SITE SURVEY PARTICIPANT NAMES DUE BY: Any potential offerer who wishes to attend the scheduled site visit must submit the names of those attendees by 7 Sep 2020 to michael.roybal.1@us.af.mil. SITE SURVEY DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION: The site survey will be on Offutt Air Force Base, NE on 15 September 2020 at 01:00 P.M. CST Attendees will meet at the STRATCOM Gate by the specified time above. Only attendees whose names were submitted by the required time will be permitted to participate in the site visit QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME: All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 18 September 2020 at 1200 Noon CST.
