The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement for bussing services and parking areas for the 2024 "Defenders of Freedom" Airshow at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Show dates are Saturday, 24 August 2024 and Sunday, 25 August 2024. A potential contractor will need to meet the following requirements: 1. Provide thirty (30) 44-passenger economy style busses 2. Provide two (2) handicap accessible busses 3. Provide parking areas (cumulative of 10K spots in close proximity to Offutt AFB, NE (5 miles) 4. Provide continuous shuttle bus services from 8:30 AM CDT to 6:00 PM CDT on the specified Airshow Dates Additional details are outlined in the attached Statement of Work.
