The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to procure AVGAS for civilian/warbird aircrafts at the 2024 "Defenders of Freedom" Airshow at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Show dates are 24 August 2024 and 25 August 2024. Projected period of performance for this requirement is Thursday, 22 August 2024 to 25 August 2024. The folowing will need to be met in order to fulfill this requirement: Refueling truck and equipment to deliver (not to exceed) 4,300 gallons of AVGAS (100LL) during the period of performance Deliver inital 2,500 gallons on 22 August 2024 Deliver 600 gallons per day on 23 August 2024, 24 August 2024, and 25 August 2024 Refueling truck shall be on site from 8:00 AM (CDT) to 6:00 PM (CDT) on all dates specified Contractor will supply employee (must have training and experience) to conduct refueling operations from 8:00 AM (CDT) to 6:00 PM (CDT) on all dates specified Contractor will be responsible for removal of all unused AVGAS and will bear all costs associated with removing /disposing unused fuel This is planning on being a local area set-aside in relation to Omaha, NE as the contractor will be required to drive to and from Offutt AFB, NE for fuel before and after the window of performance each day. Lodging will not be provided.
