This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA4600-21-Q-0038, Building 323C Carpet Replacement and Asbestos Abatement Services, shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of a Carpet Replacement and asbestos abatement for building 323C at Offutt AFB IAW the Performance Work Statement. Please see revised Performance Work Statement Amendment V2 and Sight visit Q and A documents. Performance Work Statement Amendment V2 is the most current Performance Work Statement and includes any changes of scope after feedback during the sight visit.
