The 55th Crisis Action Team (CAT) and Command Post (CP) is seeking solutions to provide the equipment and install for a multi-classification presentation system in five rooms. The requirement includes APL Video Teleconferencing capabilities. Please see the attached drawings and specifications document for details. We believe the NAICS for these services to be: 541519. In response to this sources sought, please provide a brief capability statement. The capability statement should not exceed three pages. This information should be sent to 55 CONS via e-mail to hannah.schulz.1@us.af.mil by Friday, 12 August 2022 at 1600 CST. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date. All interested parties must respond to that solicitation separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
