The 55th Contracting Squadron requires delivery and refill of liquid oxygen to the 55th Medical Group at Offutt AFB, NE. Scope includes rental of a minimum 900-gallon liquid oxygen storage vessel with an 8-cylinder medical oxygen manifold system, as well as certification of the oxygen as medical grade. The contractor provides all transportation, labor, parts, and tools, and fills the storage tank on an as-needed basis. The anticipated period of performance includes one 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and one 6-month extension of services. Performance will take place at the 55th Medical Group.
