Amendment 00001 The purpose of this amendment is to add the site visit location, add attachment 07 - Environmental Special Conditions, and note to disregard Appendix E - Equipment List With PM Schedule and POC on the PWS the most up to date equipment list is attachment 5 and 6 on the solicitation. Amendment 00002 The purpose of this amendment is to add the site visit sign-in sheet, update attachment 05 - Task Order 1 - 55 CES CRAC Unit Equipment List - Seed Project, and update attachment 02 - CRAC Mx - 55 CES TOPR. Amendment 00003 The purpose of this amendment is to add Attachment 08 - CRAC Maintenance Unit Pricing and Attachment 09 - Question and Answers - 12.19.25 and to update the solicitation document in Amendment 00003 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation FA460026Q0004 - 12.19.25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is for the ongoing requirement for the acquisition of Computer Room AirConditioning (CRAC) Maintenance services for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES), the 557th Weather Wing (WW) and various other tenant units. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation— Commercial Items Addendum and any additional fill-in provisions. Attachment 05 shows the equipment list for the initial seed project task order. Attachment 06 shows the full list of CRAC units accross Offutt AFB that may be incorporated into the project scope. SITE VISIT A site visit will take place on 15 December 2025 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM CST at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must send a filled out copy of Attachment 03 – Site Visit Form to liv.nemeck.1@us.af.mil and casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil no later than 11 December 2025 at 3:00 PM CST. Further site visit information will be sent to interested parties ahead of time. Site visit attendees will meet at Buidling 301D. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 18 December 2025 by 5:00 PM CST. A question and answer will be available by 19 December 2025 at 3:00 PM CST.
