Offutt AFB, NE has a requirement for a firm-fixed-price, five-year, six-month sole-source contract with Delta Solutions & Strategies, LLC for ITW/AA services. The contractor will provide software updates to the proprietary Missile Warning Threat Suite (MWTS) and generate dynamic ITW/AA simulations for JCS, USSTRATCOM, USINDOPACOM, DISA, NORAD-USNORTHCOM, and other forward users. Support includes NORAD-USNORTHCOM Correlation Center Emulator and MWTS software engineering, simulation enhancement, C2 system virtualization/integration, and interfaces among MDA TSS, IC2S, CCIC2S, and GCCS. Additional work includes NPES simulation software, configuration management and quality control for Joint Staff/USSTRATCOM/J7 scenarios, GUI integration with MWTS and related components, formal testing and validation/verification, and monthly status reports.
