This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ number FA460025R0005 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This solicitation is 100% set-aside to small businesses under NAICS Code 811412 (Appliance Repair and Maintenance). The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will render the offeror ineligible for award. The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) has a need for appliance maintenance services supporting USSTRATCOM Command and Control Facility (C2F). The USSTRATCOM C2F infrastructure includes approximately 264 commercial and consumer grade appliances that require routine preventive maintenance/sanitization services and periodic repairs due to normal fair wear and tear. A detailed description of services required will be listed in the PWS. C2F appliance maintenance services are planned as a 5-year contract with a base year followed by four (4) option years. Lipinski, kevin.lipinski.1@us.af.mil SITE VISIT: Site visits will be scheduled for Tuesday, 8 July at 1:00 PM CST and Friday, 11 July at 1:00 PM CST. All prospective offerors that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass Request to Mr. Kevin J. Lipinski at kevin.lipinski.1@us.af.mil and Casey Hupton at casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil not later than Monday, 7 July 2025. Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed for any Pass Requests received after the submittal deadline. As a reminder, all questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 14 July 2025 by 1:00 PM CST. Answers will be made available 16 July 2025 by 1:00 PM CST Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than Monday 28 July, 2025 at 3:00 PM CST.
