The items will be delivered to Offutt AFB, NE 68113. This is a brand name requirement for ADB Safegate equipment. Attached is a Brand Name Justification for the equipment. “Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” Questions for solicitation are due on or before 23 September 2025 at 11 :00 AM CST. Answers to questions will be provided by 24 September 2025 at 11 :00 AM CST. Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than 25 September 2025 at 11 :00 AM CST. Quotes will be submitted by email to jose.buenaventura@us.af.mil and daniel.kuchar@us.af.mil. Offerers are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time.
