This requirement is for the removal and installation of carpet, installation of vinyl, and removal of a door in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. If you would like to be present for the pre-proposal site visit, please submit the attachment “55 SFS NCIC Screening Pass Request” no later than 10:00AM 15 August 2025 A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted 01:00PM 18 August 2025. Pre-proposal site visit will start at the Offutt Visitor Control Center. Technical questions are due not later than 01:00PM CDT on 20 August 2025. Answers to questions will be provided no later than 01:00PM CDT on 22 August 2025 Quotes are due not later than 10:00AM CDT on 28 August 2025. Offer acceptance period must be valid through 30 September 2025. Quotes and pass requests will be submitted by email to janiya.brown.1@us.af.mil and craig.johnson.37 @us.af.mil. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this officer before offer due date and time.
