DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT FAB-T ESS Modification Repair Project. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS This solicitation is not subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation— Commercial Items Addendum and any additional fill-in provisions. Contractors are required to send over a signed NDA in order to receive the SON. Contractors must also have a NIST rating registered in SPRS. Please see attached documents for assistance in registering. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME A site visit will be scheduled for 10th September 2025 at 02:00 PM CST. All prospective offerers that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass request to A1C Hunter Hendrix at hunter.hendrix.1@us.af.mil no later than 08th September 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. This requirement contains Controlled Unclassified Information, before recieving the Performance Work Statement, interested parties must submit a signed version of the attached NDA. An active NIST rating in SPRS is required to access documents and future awards. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION Project includes, but not limited to, the following work elements: The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, services and incidentals to provide a complete and operational security system for the specified area. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made to the statement of need unless by prior approval of the Government Project Manager and the Government Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) with concurrence from 55 SFS ESS. Changes to any sensor, access control, camera/camera pole, sensor platform, etc., requires concurrence from 55 SFS ESS. Work shall be completed in a neat, substantial and competent manner. The contractor shall ensure all construction meets federal regulations for security and safety standards. The contractor shall furnish all required services, labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to complete the installation and integration of the security system in accordance with the approved site design and installation plan. DUE DATES After receipt of the signed NDA, interested parties will need to submit a Capability Statement along with a Letter of Interest to the Contracting Specialist, Hunter Hendrix at hunter.hendrix.1@us.af.mil.
