Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 01 - FAR 52.212-1 - Addendum - 6.30.25 to include more information regarding the site visit on 1 July 2025. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach Attachment 07 - Photos - 6.26.25 and Attachment 08 - Questions and Answers - 6.26.25 This solicitation is for 100% Total Small Business Set-aside under NAICS Code 238220. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. DESCRIPTION The Contractor shall replace the existing Condenser Pump #1 - the east-most pump and motor at the B185 comfort cooling water towers. The new pump and motor shall be identical in form, fit, and function to the existing pump and motor, and compatible with the existing tower sump & mounting configuration. The new pump may be single or 2-stage as long as all other requirements are met. Additionally, the Contractor shall refurbish the existing pump that is removed, including shipping to and from the refurbishment location. See Attachment 04 - PWS B185 Tower Pump Replace - 6.24.25 for full scope of requirement. SITE VISIT A site visit will be conducted on 1 July 2025 at 9:00 AM CST. Interested parties must submit a filled-out copy of Attachment 06 - NCIC Screening and Pass Request - 6.24.25 for all personnel who will be attending the site visit. QUESTIONS Questions are due no later than 1 July 2025 at 11:00 AM CST. Answers to questions will be provided no later than 2 July 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
