Replacement: Remove faulty Monaco M1 panel and install new Notifier NFS-320 (government furnished) fire alarm control panel and devices, ensuring proper coverage, connections, and functionality.Testing and Verification: Test new equipment to ensure the system is fully operational. Documentation: Record the replacement and testing process and any issues encountered. Install Building 441 Fire Alarm Control Panel and Devices Preparation: Ensure availability of SIMPLEX 1-each: 4007-9102 4007ES HYBRID FACP, PLATINUM; 1-each: 4007-9806 SDACT MODULE; 2-each: 2081-9275 BATTERY 18AH; 2-each: 4007-9801 ZONE-RELAY MODULE; 1-each: 4098-9714 PHOTO SENSOR; 4-each: 4098-9792 SENSOR BASE; 2-each: 4099-9004 STATION-LED, SA ADDR; 3-each: 4098-9733 HEAT SENSOR. SITE VISIT/QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME The site visit will be conducted on 24th July 2025 at 1300 CST. The meeting point will be at the OFFUTT visitor center.
