Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 6/23/25 to 6/30/25. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions and answers document Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 6/30/25 to 7/2/25 to answer remaining questions from the Q&A session. Amendment 005 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 7/2/25 to 7/8/25 to implement a revised PWS and edit CLINs 0035 & 0036. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is for asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services across multiple buildings for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to provide asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services and - when directed - provide follow-on asbestos abatement and LBP removal services IAW the attached Performance Work Statement. There will be three BPA's awarded based on this solicitation.
