FAR 52.212-2 was modified to list what factors shall be used to evaluate offers. --- This Firm-Fixed-Price requirement shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items and services to perform a custom-tailored, professional development program which includes two (2) three (3) credit hour (letter graded), graduate-level courses for 10 USSTRATCOM civilian employees during the spring term of the base period and during the spring term of each of the four (4) one-year option periods. The first course shall teach group collaboration, teambuilding and conflict resolution. The second course shall teach strategic deterrence and international relations. The two (2) courses are interconnected and shall run concurrently in the Spring Term with the same 10 students in each course. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is set forth in Solicitation FA4600-25-Q-0049. Please submit a quote for Strategic Leadership Fellows Program II that meet the requirements set forth in the PWS and the solicitation.
