Please use the amendment to structure your pricing/quote. The purpose of this amendment was to ensure the cost of leasing the equipment is spread across the duration of the contract. The contractor shall provide a mail postage meter for the Offutt Air Force Base Official Mail Center (OMC) located in Building 513. The requirement includes all mail metering equipment, maintenance, meter head rental, and training. Equipment and software requirements can be found in the Statement of Need. Questions are due 15 May 2025 at 11:00 AM CST. Answers will be given 16 May 2025 at 11:00 CST Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than 21 May 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
