Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to post the Barrier Equipment List and Barrier and Drop Arm Map pictures and extend the solicitation due date from 09 June 2025 to 11 June 2025. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, travel, periodic inspection, minor repair, and other items and services necessary to provide maintenance for vehicle barrier systems at Offutt Air Force Base. Work shall comply with all applicable commercial and United States (US) military standards/specifications as well as Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND SITE VISIT INFORMATION All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 14 May 2025 by 1:00 PM (1300) CDT. A question and answer will be available by 27 May 2025 at 1:00 PM (1300) CDT. A site visit will be conducted on 8 May 2025 from 1:00-3:00 PM CST. Offerors interested in attending the site visit shall return a filled-out copy of Attachment 02 – Active Barrier Maintenance Site Visit Access List to 55th Contracting Office personnel via email no later than 5 May 2025 at 11:00 AM CST. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME All offers must be submitted to the contract office contacts no later than 09 June 2025 at 1:00 PM (1300) CDT.
