The primary purpose of this Statement of Need (SON) is to purchase 64 parking passes for use by Squadron members (USAF active-duty military and USAF civil servants). The passes should provide a parking area with reasonable proximity to the Squadron's duty location: the Veach-Baley Federal Complex located in downtown Asheville, NC.
