This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ number FA460024Q0012 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This solicitation is 100% set-aside to small businesses under NAICS Code 812310. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will render the offeror ineligible for award. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is for the lease of sixty-six (66) heavy duty top load electric washers, sixty-six (66) heavy duty front load electric dryers, and five (5) stackable electric washers/dryers for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt Air Force Base. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS A site visit is scheduled for 18 December 2024 at 09:00 AM CST. The initial meeting location is at Bldg 369. All prospective offerors that wish to attend the site visit require access to Offutt AFB. All prospective offerors that do not have access shall submit via e-mail a NCIC Screening and Pass Request not later than Wednesday, 11 December at 11:00 AM CST to the Contracting Office. Late submissions may prevent the offeror from gaining entry to the installation. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 13 December 2024 at 11:00 AM CST.
