Amendment 00002 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach the final copy of the Question and Answer document, addressing all questions from interested parties. As a result of the questions, the government has determined that only one wage determination code is appropriate for this requirement, Employee Class code 01020. Attached in this Amendment is an amended copy of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation document, which removes the other employee class code. Please review the two new attachments as part of this modification. Amendment 00001 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach a Question and Answer document. Final Question and Answer document will be available by 18 December 2024 at 11:00 AM CST. DESCRIPTION The contractor shall provide all tools, labor and materials required to provide data entry and administrative services supporting the Transition Assistance Program at the M&FR for the 55th Force Support Squadron (FSS). The contractor shall provide one (1) full-time administrative personnel to perform data entry, administrative functions, and other duties related to the congressionally mandated Transition Assistance Program (TAP). Contractor personnel shall comply with all work center and installation safety procedures, practices, and standards while presenting a professional conservative, and neat appearance with socially acceptable standards of personal hygiene. See Attachment 01 – Performance Work Statement (PWS) – 11.25.24 for full scope of the requirement.
