Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to post the revised PWS and Questions&Answers, please review for additional instructions and scope. We will also be changing the period of performance from 30 days to 60 days and extending the quote due by date from 8 November 2024 to 12 November 2024. Additionally we have added special instructions to the COMBO document and the PWS. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for boiler repair services at Offutt AFB IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). QUESTIONS AND SITE VISIT A site visit will be scheduled for 31 October 2024 at 1:00 PM CST. All prospective offerors that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass Request to Amn Dean White at dean.white.1@us.af.mil and austin.palrang@us.af.mil not later than 30 October 2024. Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed for any Pass Requests received after the submittal deadline. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 4 November 2024 by 1:00 PM CST. Answers will be made available 5 November 2024 by 1:00 PM CST. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME Tuesday, 12 November 2024 at 1:00 PM CST.
