Synopsis/Notice of Intent The Government intends to request bids for Project SGBP 22-0090, Quarters 16 Generator Installation, at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transport needed for the installation of a new 30kW natural gas generator w/ enclosure at Quarters 16, Offutt AFB. The project is 100% designed and all construction shall meet or exceed all requirements per the drawings and specifications. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of the requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be available no sooner than 24 August 2025 and will close on or about 23 September 2025. The IFB will only be available via Electronic Transmission on System for Award Management (SAM) site (http://www.sam.gov). Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. This notice is not a solicitation. The government is not accepting any quotations, bids or proposals as part of this pre-solicitation notice.
