This requirement is to populate four deployable ISU-70s with two mobile toolboxes each and with required hand tools, totaling to 8 toolboxes overall. Each toolbox drawer will have foam cut-outs for each tool and all items will be etched with a 9-character etching to match its assigned ISU-70 in accordance with DAFI21-101 paragraph 8.6.1.2. Toolbox must be 21.2” width, by 15.4” height, by 3.2” depth when lid is closed. It must have an open top compartment. It must have fully extendable drawers. Toolbox must have wheels. Toolbox must have handles capable of supporting 250 pounds. Toolbox must have area designed for external lock. The foam must be installed and precision cut for each tool.
