This requirement is for the delivery and pick up of portable restrooms at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The requirement includes 138 Standard Portable Restrooms (STD PR), 15 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Handicapped Portable Restrooms (ADA PR), and 15 Hand Washing Stations. The portable restrooms shall be vented to minimize odors and shall be equipped with a fully operational latch to hold the door closed from inside of the structure. All handwashing stations and portable restrooms must be in useable condition for the event - clean, stocked (toilet paper, paper towel products, paper products and sanitizer), and functional.
