Provisions, clauses, and Statement of Work are updated accordingly. This solicitation is for bus shuttle/transportation services for the 2024 "Defenders of Freedom" Airshow held by Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska from 24 August 2024 to 25 August 2024. We request bus shuttle services between parking areas and Offutt AFB, NE on both show dates. Although parking areas are not official, all areas under consideration are within five (5) nautical miles from Offutt AFB. Services will include the requested thirty (30) 44-passenger economy-style buses as well as all personnel (drivers, supervision, etc.) in order to successfully perform. This solicitation includes options. Options will only be exercised if the Government determines there is a need for additional buses. Quote, technical approach, and past performance notes are due via email to the listed points of contacts by 3:00 PM CDT; 10 July 2024.
