This requirement is for lodging services for participants in the 2024 "Defenders of Freedom" Airshow at Offutt AFB, NE. Two (2) hotel rooms are requested for the period of 21 August 2024 (check-in) to 26 August 2024 (check-out). 78 hotel rooms are requested for the period of 22 August 2024 (check-in) to 26 August 2024 (check-out). All rooms provided shall be non-smoking rooms. Hotel(s) shall be within a 15 mile radius of Offutt AFB, NE. Offerors are required to submit one quote for the alloted amount of rooms requested for the period of performance. Qustions are due to the listed points of contact via email NLT 4:00 p.m CDT, 8 July 2024. Quote/offers are due to the listed points of contact by 11:00 a.m. CDT, 18 July 2024.
