Amendment 0001 - Please see update documentation pertaining to Amendment 0001. All changes have either been highlighted in yellow for additions or red lined for removals. One-time cleaning and restoration service for BLDG 462 - Warhawk Kitchen, including cleaning and restoration of commercial refrigerators, cleaning and removal of heavy dirt on tile/grout areas, cleaning and disinfecting walls in various areas, and cleaning and disinfecting tables and select appliances. The structure dimensions are approximately 4,000 square feet. There is potential for mold, live electrical contact, dirt, and other foreign materials. The work must be performed in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and all Federal and State Regulations. Cleaning and restoration work must be accomplished to a level to pass public health inspection. Contractor will be required to use a variety of cleaning products, tactics, and tools depending on the need. Work may begin any date after contract award date.
