This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This solicitation is Full and Open under NAICS Code 238290. This requirement is for the persistent maintenance, inspection, and servicing of Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) on Offutt Air Force Base. Per the PWS appendix A, (VTE) encompasses various elevators and lifts including freight, passenger, service, wheelchair, glide, and stair systems. An Elevator Maintenance Log from 2019-2024 is also being provided to offerors to provide a 5-year maintenance history of all elevators. QUESTIONS AND SITE VISIT INFORMATION Site visit scheduled for 30 July 2024 at 09:00 AM CDT, with initial meeting location taking place at the North entrance of Bldg 500. All prospective offerors that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass Request to SSgt Patrick Pinault at patrick.pinault@us.af.mil not later than 23 July 2024 at 09:00 AM CDT. Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed for any Pass Requests received after the submittal deadline. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 05 August 2024 at 11:00 AM CDT.
