Market research found two manufacturers that could meet the requirement for the primary components, however other manufacturers may be acceptable if they meet the minimum requirements. The vehicle and existing equipment description: Vehicle description: International Chassis, Model 4400 4x2, Reg #07C0004 Wrecker System Brand (existing): Jerr-Den Parts to be purchased: Qty Item Description 2 EA Planetary Winch rated for 16000 lbs. (minimum) Known acceptable Parts: Jerr-Den P/N: 5011001147414 or JLG P/N: 1001147414 2 EA Port Relief Valve 2100 PSI Known acceptable Parts: Jerr-Den P/N: 5011001151407 or JLG P/N: 1001151407 2 EA 0.5-in x 150-ft Steel Core Winch Cable w/5-Ton Alloy Swivel Hook (non-specific) *All parts proposed must be compatible with each other and the vehicle/wrecker system.
