Update 9/8/2023: Questions and answers from site visit have been posted. Attachment: Site visit QA FA460023Q00430002 Amendment 0002: 9/6/2023 This solicitaion has been amended to reflect he new offerors due date. Also, an additional question and answer period has been established. Refer to attachment COMBINED SYNOPSIS.SOLICITATION FA460023Q00430002 for details and instructions. Amendment 0001: 08/31/2023 This solicitation has been amended to reflect the new offerors due date. Also, a site visit has been added. Refer to attachment: COMBINED SYNOPSIS.SOLICITATION FA460023Q00430001 for details and instructions. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that cleaning grease traps, hydro-jetting and septic tanks is performed at Offutt Air Force Base in a manner that will include the removal of all sludge, solids, foreign objects, and liquid contents, in order to provide a clean, operable system. The contractor shall provide the necessary wash down hoses and scrapers. All wasted material must be disposed of outside the confines of Offutt AFB, in a contractor provided area that meets the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements for the types of materials being disposed. Transportation of material must be in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulation (49 CFR Part 173). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks identified in this PWS in order meet the requirements of the contract and the Service Summary (SS). This requirement consists of a 12-month base year, with four 12-month option years. And includes a 6-month extension option, totaling 66 months. 08/28/2023 Questions and answers have been posted.
