Provide all necessary labor, tools, material, and supervision to perform removal and disposal of the currently installed car-wash pumps, associated electrical equipment, soap storage tanks, associated water lines. Installation of new car wash equipment, repair of current car wash drainage system and repair for the newly installed equipment located in Building 301D, entrance 6 at Offutt AFB, NE. All services will be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) the manufacturer’s instructions and industry standards. All services shall be accomplished by properly trained and qualified people. The contractor shall accomplish all task identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) to meet the requirements of the contract and the Service Summary.
