This electronic announcement constitutes the pre-solicitation notice being issued; a written solicitation will be issued on or around 07 November 2022. Proposals will be due approximately 5 days after the solicitation is posted, with a proposed solicitation number of FA4600-23-Q-0003. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111. Product Service Code is 7E20. This requirement will be full and open competition due to the brand name requirement. The Government intends to issue a contract to purchase a Maintenance and Support Services of the Reconfigurable Optical Add Drop Multiplexer (ROADM) and the 51XX/39XX Ethernet Transport Equipment in accordance with Performance Work Statement. All services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation, which shall be made available on the Internet at the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website, which is at the following address: https://www. sam.gov.
