The purpose of this requirement is to provide an upgrade to the Monaco branded EM system which must be compatible with the fire alarm systems in 100% of the installation's alarmed facilities in accord... The purpose of this requirement is to provide an upgrade to the Monaco branded EM system which must be compatible with the fire alarm systems in 100% of the installation's alarmed facilities in accordance with (IAW) Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-600-01 9-18.3.5. The installed system must be capable of paging over the Motorola Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system and Monaco installed station Public Address (PA) system at Stations 1 and 2. The system must be capable of integrating the Offutt "Crash Phone" into the PA system, be capable of providing mass notifications through fire alarm systems in facilities throughout the installation and must provide installation of security cameras that are capable of viewing and recording. Installed equipment must be compatible with the existing EM system infrastructure throughout Offutt AFB NE, which is currently utilizing the Monaco Enterprise Proprietary system.
