The purpose of this requirement is to provide a Women in Leadership Certification Program specifically aimed at women which must be compatible with the certification referred to in DoDI 1020.02 - Diversity Management and EO in the DoD and the P.L. 115-68, and time allowed for professional development at USSTRATCOM. The Women in Leadership program must provide certification. The Women in Leadership program must provide classes that are set within the time boundaries of the time allowed for professional development at USSTRATCOM. The certification must be recognized by an accredited organization.
