This notice is not a request for proposal. During 2019, local floods destroyed multiple facilities on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. This requirement will provide Entry Control Monitor (ECM) support, Construction Survelience Technician (CST) support, and Observer support at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska during the reconstruction phase. The need by date for this requirement is still being determined.
